Birth and Hometown:   Born on August 4, 2004, in Erramalle village, Veerapunayuni Palli mandal, Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh.
Family:    Her father, Chandrasekhar Reddy, is a government employee, and her mother is a homemaker. She has an elder sister, Vaishnavi Charitha.
Education:   Charani pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) at VRS Degree College, Veerapunayunipalle.
